The Opportunity

We are looking for women that are aspiring to make their dreams reality by using their skills and talents to build a Motorsport career, in a similar way that certain great ladies are currently doing within the F1 Academy. Using the expertise of our team knowledge and support, you could now have the chance to shine in a unique one – make all female series designed just for you – to take you from an amateur in an WRS 1 Competition Car to become a fully supported driver in an R5 Competition Car in Europe at the very top level, in 3 years. The car that you will drive in our Womens Race Series is identical to all of the others in the 2025 Road to Europe Challenge, and you will be able to swap cars from event to event if you wish, to ensure parity of the cars. When a driver wins the first part of the competition in 2025, they will automatically be given an WRS 2 Competition Car to drive on 6 events in the 2026 Road to Europe Challenge with our team. When a driver then wins the Road to Europe challenge in 2026, they will then automatically be given an R5 Competition Car to drive in 6 events in the 2027 World Rally Championship. From there, it is would be up to you, although we will be there to support you if you need us after 2027. So, the idea is to excel at every level, in each event in each year using your skills, and our expertise.

Your entry into each rally at each level of the programme will be heavily subsidised by us, as you may not be able to participate at this level without this kind of specialist assistance. Whilst the assistance is not at the level of the W-Series as it was, the following lists what we are including:

• 1 of 10 Specially built Competition Cars, ready to drive in the 2025 Womens Race Series.
• All Competition Tyres arranged for each event.
• All Fuel arranged for each event.
• All parts arranged for each event.
• A full team of expert Technicians arranged to look after your car.
• A Co-Driver to read the Pacenotes to you, for Rally events.
• All accomodation can also be arranged for you and your Technicians during the event, and during Pacenoting.
• Full driver assistance and on-event training during and prior to each event.
