We have many ways in which you can be part of the team at the Womens Race Series. Here are just some of the ways that you can join in and travel with us wherever we go:

As a Service Crew technician
Should you choose to join us as a Service Technician (or Trainee), you will be exposed to some of the most advanced motorsport technology in the world today. Our current rally and race cars are new and are very efficient in terms of grip levels and traction, and so you will be able to see how it all works, as well as contribute significantly to the teams outcome. The Service Crew is a vital part of the entire team, and as a technician, you would have a hand in building and running our rally and race cars whilst we visit various parts of the country. You will be supplied with team clothing and a team pass if your application is mutually accepted, and from there the fun begins. We do only really require experienced motor vehicle technicians that have the desire to learn more and to grow in a team atmosphere, although please feel free to call us if you are not an experienced technician .
As a Caterer
Our World Rally Institute is running a significant number of rally and race cars from 2024 onwards, and so we will have many hungry mouths to feed. If you have catering expertise, and would like to travel as part of our team as a person wishing to extend yourself, then you may well fit into the team. As we progress through the year, there will be a significant amount of travel involved and please be prepared for this, along with a fair number of weekends away from home if you are considering joining us.
As a Refueller
Our team also has positions for people wishing to join us in refuelling all of the rally and race cars. This is quite a technical position, as we only put a certain amount of fuel into the rally and race car fuel tanks, at certain times. As a result, whilst no prior experience is necessary, you should have a desire to act as part of our team, and be able to liaise with the drivers, co-drivers and head Team Managers quickly.
As a Media Assistant
If you come from a media, marketing or public relations background you might like to join us on our travels. We have an active media profile, and this needs to be sustained during rally and race events, when we are away taking part in major rallies. If you like the idea of travelling and working with a motorsport team, then please apply. You would learn a lot in this fast moving environment, and we are keen to take on enthusiastic, motivated team players.
As a Logistics Specialist
If you have expertise in moving people, cars, trucks, parts, tyres, food and drink rapidly from state to state, we may have a place for you on our team. If you would like to travel, love motorsport, and in particular rallying, please consider applying to join us. We are looking for self-motivated successful team players.
